This newly renovated three level deluxe
condo is an end unit featuring both privacy and endless views
of Lake Tahoe. The unit was upgraded in 2010 with all new
bathrooms, beds, mattresses, bedding, light fixtures,
carpeting, slate entryway, window treatments, two flat screen
TVs with DVD players, and kitchen appliances.
The entry to #175 is on the top level,
containing a sparkling white kitchen with a slate tile floor,
new appliances, and its own view of the lake via the window
over the sink. The adjacent dining room has a long rustic oak
table and wrought iron pendant lighting. The open but cozy
living room has access to the top deck with floor to ceiling
windows, offering beautiful views of the lake and the two
Chinquapin docks.
The second level houses the newly
renovated master bedroom suite, featuring a new king size
mattress and bed, and refurbished built-in closets and
drawers. The private master bathroom boasts an oversized
custom-built glass tile shower and a large dark wood vanity
