Ski Leases
Leases begin with one-half cord of firewood.
Snow removal is included.
Security deposit equal to one month’s rent is rent is required to confirm the lease.
Monthly rates do not include utilities: Cable, water, sewer, and basic telephone are a flat rate of $175/month. Gas and electric are placed in the lease’s name and paid directly.
Extra firewood and any other miscellaneous charges will be taken from the security deposit if not paid directly.
All units are equipped with full kitchens, laundry, VCR and/or DVD, Microwaves, etc.
Cleaning, if requested, is scheduled and billed directly through the cleaning services.
