Chinquapin’s one bedroom condominiums are all lakefront, one bedroom, two baths, and average around 1000 square feet. All of the units have a deck overlooking the water, BBQ, full kitchen, fireplace (gas or wood burning), full linens, and parking directly in front of the unit. The one bedrooms vary in bedding, decor, and living room arrangements - some even have bunk beds in addition to the master bedroom! Ideal for a couple’s getaway or a small family trip, every one bedroom looks out at Chinquapin’s gorgeous shoreline and is perfect at any time of year.
