Cancellation Policy

Cancellations outside of 30 days from the reservation’s arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days of a reservation’s arrival date are subject to the full amount of rent due unless the unit is re-rented. Please note, there is a $75 credit card processing fee for any refunds.
